There is one Divinity. There is a one Reality. There is one Knower who is without any name or form and who is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient. The Knower, Knowledge and Known are ONE. The witnesser, witness and witnessing are one. The Knower can never be an object of knowledge nor can the knower be known. Yajnavalkya said to Maitrya, his wife, “Through the Atman (knower), we know all things. How can we know Him”? A pair of tongs is controlled by your fingers. Your fingers have a firm grip on the pair of tongs and by this pair of tongs, you can catch hold of anything you like but the pair of tongs has not the power of catching the fingers.
Before we love ourselves, we must know ourselves.  We all know that we are, but don’t know what we are.  Are we just the congregations of few molecules to be disintegrated sooner or later or are we the children of Immortal Bliss?  A poet said, “O Man! Presume not God to scan. The proper study of mankind is man”.
मैं तां सोच सोच के हारा, तेरियां तू जाण मालका तेरियां तू जाण मालका, तेरी तू जाण मालका The holy voice of Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji goes deep into our hearts that the more we think, the more we go away from Reality, Truth.  It is only you who know, knower, knowledge and known are one.  Witnesser, witness and witnessing are one.  There is nothing but He which is a very big mystery.  A poet wrote, “I boasted among men that I had known you (Him).  They see your pictures in all works of mine.  They come and ask me ‘Who is he? “I know not how to answer to them. I say, “Indeed, I cannot tell”. They blame me and they go in scorn.  And you sit there smiling.”
तुध बिन होर जे मंगना, सिर दुःखां दे दुःख   Man’s existence is due to the mercy of Supreme Being for which he cannot put any claim.  He is totally unfaithful and forgetful that his abode on this planet is only on unreliable lease which can be terminated at any time without giving any notice.  Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji recites in his holly voice: मो सम कौन कुटिल खल कामी जिस तन दियो सोई विसरायो, ऐसो नमक हरामी
Source is within and not without. Source of happiness is within. Source of all knowledge and Bliss is within and not without. In vain we search for happiness in the external fleeting objects. A musk deer runs for the search of fragrance here and there which comes from within its own source. We spend the whole life running here and there in pursuit of worldly pleasures because of ignorance that the source of real happiness lies in them. The truth is that our own Self, our own source is the depositary of all Bliss but we forgot all about it and started searching outside. We went to every nook and corner of the world except the place where it was (To see inner Dhyan/Meditation).
Here are few quotations by dignitaries about ‘NOW’!   Be here Now! Be someplace else later. Is that so complicated – David Baker   If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath – Amit Ray

Meditation transforms us into our own true Being and does not convert us into some other creed or religion. There is no such thing as conversion in the Meditation. It takes us to our own source which is All Effulgent and All Bliss. Meditation dawns upon us that we are not the beggars and we are not the combination of few molecules to be disintegrated sooner or later. As it was said in a verse:-“Dust thou art and to dust returns was not spoken of soul” We are spirits blest and immortal.
Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji recites in His holy voice:   जब अपने ही दिल में खुदाई है, काबा में सजदा कौन करे जब दिल में ख्याले सनम आ बसा, फिर गैर की पूजा कौन करे
Immense treasure is hidden there behind numerous wayward thoughts.  It is estimated that a man has 50,000 thoughts in a day.  They are coming from nowhere, somewhere and elsewhere;  North, South, East and West, right, left, up and down. They rush in mind just like traffic chaos without any rules and regulations.  Our mind is like a television screen. Thoughts, desires, a thousand and one things are passing, it is always rush hour.  And the road is almost like a chaos road – no traffic rules, everybody is going in every direction.  One has to watch it without any evaluation, without  judgment, appreciation or condemnation, simply watching as if it does not concern you, it has nothing to do with you, and you are just a witness.  If you can manage a few moments of witnessing, you will be surprised how much bliss happens, how ecstatic you become.
